From time to time, the 'work load' in a workout will need
to be increased for gains in strength and muscle fitness to
continue. When this is required, simply change the following
parameters as indicated.
- Increase the duration of a workout
- Increase the intensity of contraction
- Increase the contraction time
- Decrease the relaxation time
We recommend making these changes over a period of days or
weeks, one at a time, and in the above order.
