This is a matter of both personal preference and the required
effect. All rate settings, from Low to High, give strong pain
relief.
- High rates giver faster relief, but pain relief is quicker
to subside.
- Low rates are slower to take effect, but will give a longer
period of pain relief.
- Low rates are also more useful for stress relief and inducing
sleep and relaxation.
We recommend you try a High rate first, and then experiment
until you find a preferred setting.
